Fine views and a cozy stay
The hosts were cute, including vegan options. The room was super clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. Castleton is just a short walk away with various shops and pubs. The only slight downside was the limited parking space, but it didn't detract from our overall enjoyment.

excellent stay but minor noise issues
The room was spacious, decorated with fine touches. I appreciated the special touch of fresh flowers by the window. The nearby village trail through the farm was a fine experience.
There were occasional noises from outside that slightly disturbed our sleep.

Perfect getaway in the countryside
The room was super cozy and the view was just amazing. Enjoyed some chocolates in the room and the breakfast was great-those free-range eggs were a highlight! Just wish there was a bit more variety on the breakfast menu. Everything else was fantastic, especially the warm, friendly vibe!

Dunscar Farm totally impressed me. The location is fine, surrounded by beautiful hills. Just a short walk to Castleton made it easy to explore the charming village. My room offered amazing views of Mam Tor, a definite highlight. It felt cozy and clean, with all the essentials like tea, coffee, and complimentary biscuits at hand. The hosts are friendly. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. Fresh, tasty ingredients made all the difference. The scrambled eggs were amazing! Only downside was the shower pressure, not very strong. This minor issue didn't overshadow the wonderful experience I had. Would return for more.
